A co-designed community-led digital primary health care model breaking down inequity in remote communities:
The Urapuntja Story
This is a FREE webinar. All HSD webinars are recorded, so if you’re unable to attend on the day, you can still register to access the recording.
Delivering equitable healthcare in remote Australia requires more than technology; it demands trust, cultural safety, and models built with community, not for it.
The session will explore how Urapuntja Health Service, Aspen Medical, and Visionflex are working together to deliver a community-led digital primary health care model that strengthens access, continuity of care, and population health outcomes in remote communities. It also offers practical insights for those working in this sector across an integrated multidisciplinary team model.
This proof of concept shows how this model can be scaled across rural and remote Australia, using co-design to improve access to healthcare in some of the nation’s most remote communities.
